Order Processing & Speed

We work hard to get your order out the door quickly!

• Fast Processing: Most orders for the Continental U.S. and Canada ship within 1–2 business days of ordering.
• Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
• High Volume: Occasionally, during periods of high order volume (especially after weekends), some shipments may experience a brief delay and could take up to 3 business days to process.
• Tracking: Transit time (delivery window) does not include the actual day the package leaves our facility.

Delivery Locations & Carriers

Domestic U.S. & Canada

• Shipping Carriers: We primarily use FedEx and USPS. Your package will be fulfilled by the best available carrier for your region to ensure timely delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories

• Longer Delivery: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) will take longer, typically 5–10 business days.
• Higher Rate: Shipping costs to these locations will be calculated at checkout.

Issues, Returns, and Refunds

• Damaged Packages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Contact@MuddyToes.golf. We'll help you file a claim.
• Lost Packages: If your package tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Note: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but subsequently stolen from the recipient's location.
• Refunds on Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
